- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The docs are nice but the staff is not as friendly, we used to go to Greenfield office where you find everyone happy and caring they will always smile back. The front desk staff here needs here needs crash course in customer care. It's important for a hospital staff to be friendly, caring and understanding, anyone who comes to see a doctor must have problem of thier own, a friendly greeting matters a lot.
